Salon Owner

Heidi is the owner and founder of Ventura with over 20 years of experience!

Heidi works hard to keep the salon up and running and to make it a fun, relaxing and welcoming place for everyone to enjoy.

She supports her team on their opportunities within the hair industry and is always there to back them up!

Heidi has a huge passion for hair, colour and fashion and works in the salon creating some amazing masterpieces! Her experience really shows and she’s excited to share her achievements & welcome everyone to Ventura!

Sarah

Salon Manager
Creative Stylist & Advanced Extensionist

Sarah is our Salon manager and has over 15 years experience in the industry.  Her colour work is absolutely stunning and she is an amazing all round hairdresser and also offers hair extensions.

Sarah was also a grand Finalist at the prestigious L'oreal Colour Trophy 2023.

She has attended countless courses on balayage, foilyage, lightening, colouring, vivid colouring and hair up. 

Molly

She / Her
Education Manager
Advanced Stylist Pricing

Molly is our education manager here at Ventura and has been hairdressing for over 12 years!

Molly specialises in colour, cutting & even has her signature bouncy blowdry which her clients love. Her friendly and bubbly personality really reflects who she is as a stylist!

Molly works as our in-salon fully certified assessor and passes on her skills and knowledge to our up-and-coming stylists. Her passion lies with teaching and this really shows within her outstanding work!

Molly was also a grand Finalist at the prestigious L'oreal Colour Trophy 2023.

Gemma

She / Her
Self- Employed
Advanced Stylist & Advanced Extensionist

Gemma is our self employed senior stylist here at Ventura, and has been hairdressing for over 8 years!

Gemma loves all things colouring and also specialises in hair extensions. She loves creating vivids, beautiful blondes and balayages and makes her clients feel warm and welcome when coming to the salon!

Gemma is always up for a challenge no matter what & loves to be the best she can in all things hair, along with loving every minute!

Keeley

She / Her
Advanced Stylist & Senior Extensionist 

Keeley is a senior stylist at Ventura and has been doing hair for over 8 years.

Keeley works so hard at creating beautiful cuts and colours, specialising in foiling, balayages & precision cutting! She makes her clients feel their very best when they leave the salon!

Keeley is also trained in hair extensions and is thriving, creating some beautiful transformations! She is a prime part of the Ventura team and always has a smile on her face!

Chloe

She / Her
Graduate Stylist & Graduate Extensionist

Chloe has worked at Ventura since the year 2020! Starting as a Saturday person she gained the skills of shampooing and client care. Then when Chloe left school in 2021 she started her apprenticeship with us full time. Due to lockdown Chloes' apprenticeship took longer than most but all the while she has been doing in house training and learning on the job too. Chloe became qualified to level 2 in Aug 2023 and I now nearing completion of her advanced level 3 qualification. Having been with Ventura for so long, she has had 100's of hours of training in salon now and many of you would of had the pleasure of her doing your hair already. Chloe's column is now open for all colours, cuts, and fabriq smoothing. Extensions she offers are tape, tape weft and nanos. 

Lucy

She / Her
Part-time Receptionist

Lucy works the first 4 hours of our day Mon, Tues & Friday and all day Wednesday & Thursday, so if you want to get us on the phone, this is the best time to try!

She also looks after a lot of our social media and helps keep us organised.

Hannah

She / Her
Senior Apprentice

Hannah joined us in summer 2023 and has almost finished her Level 2 and then will go on to work towards her level 3. You will see her using the salon like a catwalk for the latest fashion trends whilst looking after many of our clients toners, treatments and blow dries. She is currently looking for models for training nights to perfect her cutting skills, so contact the salon if you are interested in having a free hair cut.

Lottie

She / Her
Apprentice

Having started with us as a saturday assistant Lottie has now transitioned smoothly into becoming a full time apprentice. Always smiley and happy to help. She is working towards her level 2 and is also looking for models for training nights.

Dr Rachael

Dr Rachael is a qualified dentist and her team are offering all sorts of facial aesthetics that compliment natural beauty. They also offer laser hair removal and teeth whitening among other things. Kelley is the resident nail tech here at Ventura Hair. She has been in the industry since 2013 and specialises in doing gel overlays and bespoke nail art. Quality and consistency are key, so Kelley makes sure she uses high quality products at all times, ensuring the best possible results.

Fi

She / Her
Aesthetics Nurse
Self-Employed

Fi has been a medical nurse for over 16 years, and has worked both in the NHS and abroad. She continues to work in the NHS as a lead nurse and diabetes specialist. Alongside this, she is based at Ventura every other Saturday and offers a range of aesthetic treatments including anti wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, micro-needling, cryotherapy, skin boosters and polynucleotides. Fi’s goal is to achieve natural looking results which enable you to feel comfortable and glowing in your skin.
