Heidi is the owner and founder of Ventura with over 20 years of experience!

Heidi works hard to keep the salon up and running and to make it a fun, relaxing and welcoming place for everyone to enjoy.

She supports her team on their opportunities within the hair industry and is always there to back them up!

Heidi has a huge passion for hair, colour and fashion and works in the salon creating some amazing masterpieces! Her experience really shows and she’s excited to share her achievements & welcome everyone to Ventura!

Molly

Team leader and Education Manager

Molly is our education manager here at Ventura and has been hairdressing for over 12 years, joining Ventura in 2017!

Molly specialises in colour, cutting & even has her signature bouncy blowdry which her clients love. Her friendly and bubbly personality really reflects who she is as a stylist!

Molly works as our in-salon fully certified assessor and passes on her skills and knowledge to our up-and-coming stylists. Her passion lies with teaching and this really shows within her outstanding work!

Molly was also a grand Finalist at the prestigious L'oreal Colour Trophy 2023.

Sarah

She / Her
Creative Stylist & Advanced Extensionist

Sarah has over 15 years experience in the industry and joined Ventura in 2020.  Her colour work is absolutely stunning, she is an amazing all round hairdresser and also offers hair extensions.

Sarah was also a grand Finalist at the prestigious L'oreal Colour Trophy 2023.

She has attended countless courses on balayage, foilyage, lightening, colouring, vivid colouring and hair up. 

Gemma

Self- Employed
Advanced Stylist & Advanced Extensionist

Gemma is our self employed senior stylist here at Ventura, and has been hairdressing for over 10 years!

Gemma loves all things colouring and also specialises in hair extensions. She loves creating vivids, beautiful blondes and balayages and makes her clients feel warm and welcome when coming to the salon! She also loves creative cutting and her Dog Betsy!

Gemma is always up for a challenge no matter what & loves to be the best she can in all things hair, along with loving every minute!

Chloe

She / Her
Stylist & Graduate Extensionist

Chloe has worked at Ventura since the year 2020! Starting as a Saturday person she gained the skills of shampooing and client care. Then when Chloe left school in 2021 she started her apprenticeship with us full time. Due to lockdown Chloes' apprenticeship took longer than most but all the while she has been doing in house training and learning on the job too. Chloe became qualified to level 2 in Aug 2023 and I now nearing completion of her advanced level 3 qualification. Having been with Ventura for so long, she has had 100's of hours of training in salon now and many of you would of had the pleasure of her doing your hair already. Chloe's column is now open for all colours, cuts, and fabriq smoothing. Extensions she offers are tape, tape weft and nanos. 

Tallulah

Graduate Stylist

Tallulah is joining us a graduate stylist having qualified in 2022 she has been working as stylist since February. 

Tallulah put herself through an additional 6 week cutting course as well as having completed L'Oreals Colour keys 1&2 courses in London. 

We helping Talulah with her timings and then she will be opening up her column for all services.

Hannah

Graduate Stylist & Graduate Extensionist

Hannah joined us in summer 2023 and has almost finished her Level 2 and then will go on to work towards her level 3. You will see her using the salon like a catwalk for the latest fashion trends whilst looking after her clients! Hannah now offers all types of extensions, some colours and cutting, toners, treatments and blow dries. She is currently looking for models for training nights to perfect her cutting skills, so contact the salon if you are interested in having a free hair cut.

Lucy

She / Her
Part-time Receptionist

Lucy works the first 4 hours of our day Mon, Tues & Friday and all day Wednesday & Thursday, so if you want to get us on the phone, this is the best time to try!

She also looks after a lot of our social media and helps keep us organised.

Lottie

She / Her
Apprentice

Having started with us as a Saturday assistant Lottie has now been a full time apprentice with us for over a year. Always smiley and happy to help. She is working towards her level 2 and is also looking for models for training nights on Wednesdays 4-6:30pm. Contact the salon if you are interested in being a model for her. 

Megan

Apprentice

Megan is our newest full time apprentice having joined us straight from school this summer. She is working towards her level 2 and is also looking for models for training nights on Wednesdays between 4-6:30pm
